A Luxe Homez representative meets you at your home or site for a job walk. this is the opportunity for us to understand your requirements, budget & existing site conditions. We will provide a tender with a cost estimate along with list of inclusions & Specifications.

Plans & Approvals

Once contracted, you will closely work with our qualified architects, engineers & designers to design your dream home. We will ensure that your plans go through a speedy approval process

Build Your Dream Home

The fun part begins! We manage every step of the build process, so you can sit back and watch your vision come to reality.

Home & Land packages
